A message from the Managing Director Nicholas Pinnock

Hello Everyone

I felt it necessary to update you on what’s happening here at Ti Kaye during and after the Covid -19 pandemic.

We, like many other resorts in Saint Lucia have closed for the duration of the global pandemic. Our 95 team members, at the end of March received their final pay checks and were sent on paid leave. While a number of them will be financially sound for the duration of the closure, some will not, therefore we are grateful for the stimulus package implemented by the Government of Saint Lucia which will ensure that our staff are covered during this period of hardship.

In the meantime, we have also paid for everyone’s medical insurance and are keenly pursuing other forms of assistance to help everyone get through this. Our team members are part of who we are and we would like to welcome everyone back when we reopen. It is of the greatest importance to us that we look after one another, as a team should, during these challenging days ahead and that’s what we intend on doing.

The problem we all face is that nobody knows when this will be all over and when will it be safe to travel again. I have no doubt that travel will recommence at some stage when the authorities deem it safe or manageable. As time unfolds, we will all get a clearer picture and adjust to suit. I will be using this time positively with some improvements on the property which will provide some employment to the badly hit island economy.

For all of you that have had their travel plans kiboshed and have a credit with us, we are looking forward to welcoming you when some measure of normalcy returns and you can successfully reinstate your vacation plans. Our Reservations and Sales teams are now working from home and can be reached only via email. We will be happy to assist you making any necessary changes to existing booking, make future bookings and we’re here to answer your questions.

If you were scheduled to arrive at the resort between Monday, March 23rd, 2020 and Sunday, May 31th, 2020 we will issue a credit which is equivalent to your deposit to rebook your stay within 18 months of your original travel date. Rebooked dates will be subject to availability.

Mrs Lita Hunte from Reservations can be reached at  and Ms Lucia Poleon from Revenue and Sales can be reached at

Our website is periodically updated with new information and our social medial pages are also active to help you escape virtually. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

I urge you to follow WHOs guidelines and to remain in the safety of your homes while the pandemic is raging. We wish you, your family and your community all the best and remember that we will be here when you are ready.
