Overlooking the stunning Caribbean, and surrounded by the pristine natural beauty of Saint Lucia, you’ll find the Kai Manje Restaurant – recipient of the prestigious Wine Spectator ‘Award of Excellence’.
Kai Manje is the perfect place to start your day the healthy way: with a continental breakfast of freshly baked pastries and breads with homemade jams, seasonal selections of locally grown fruit, and our homemade granola and locally made yogurt. An assortment of local and international juices are available along with Ti Kaye’s garden herb tea, French press coffee, and Saint Lucian Coco Tea (hot chocolate). A selection of dishes such as Coconut Rum Pancakes or Banana Waffles can be ordered from our A la Carte Menu.
Conveniently located next to Kai Manje Restaurant you’ll find our turquoise guest pool and pergolas with soft sun loungers. Should you feel relaxed enough to not wish to venture too far, our courteous staff will happily serve you lunch, drinks, and afternoon tea.
The Kai Manje lunch menu is an elegant affair, offering two and three-course meals with recommended wine pairings. The menu has been thoughtfully designed to have lighter, healthier dishes while still maintaining a strong Creole infusion.
Dinner is casually elegant, and we encourage ladies to bring those summer cocktail dresses and gentlemen to don those chic shirts and casual trousers to complement your lovely guest. With the sun setting on the Caribbean horizon, Kai Manje Restaurant transitions into gentle candlelight with classic white table clothes and Italian stemware – along with Saint Lucian tree frogs and crickets serenading in the background. Our culinary team offers up carefully crafted a la Carte menu each evening to ensure a unique dining experience is offered along with our phenomenal 600+ Bin ‘Award of Excellence’ Wine list.

Set on the warm silver sand beach at Anse Cochon, guests can enjoy a wide range of dishes ranging from specialty salads, Ti Kaye’s famous homemade burgers with local chips, baguettes and the Catch of the Day. A perfect accompaniment to the cool sea breezes, inviting scenery and island cocktails from our full service bar. Open from 10am to 5pm daily, Ti Manje is the ideal location for a scrumptious meal after a relaxing day lounging on the beach!

The Kai Manje Bar adds a fresh appeal to the quaint village experience, rivalling the finest choices island wide. Perched on the cliff side overlooking the calm waters below the Kai Manje Bar is superbly designed to live in harmony with its lush natural environment. Newly constructed with an air of mystery tucked away at the end of a stony hallway, guests are spoilt for choice from a well stocked bar serving locally named cocktails while seeping in a stunning visage of the emerald seas to the west and rich silver sandy beaches below. From its unique handcrafted bar trimmings, scalloped with coconut wood to mosaic artistry pristinely scattered on the solid bar, the Kai Manje bar is an extension of the strong theme projected throughout the property. Guests can relax in an unpretentious environment, switching into a tropical mood.

Hidden below the tables and chairs of Kai Manje Restaurant is the Ti Kave wine cellar, where exquisite wines are paired perfectly with a delightful assortment of cheeses such as Manchego Goyerre, Parmesan, and Smoked Cheddar.
Ti Kave is home to our 500+ bin wine list with over 35 sparkling wines and prestigious champagnes from both the old and new world, specialized in French, Italian and Californian selections. Our wine list will take you on a journey through Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhone, Piedmont, Tuscany, Sicily, Catatonia, Mosel, Nieberosterreich, Israel, Lebanon, Stellenbosch, Elgin, Marlboro, South and Western Australia, Oregano, California, Medoza, and to the Central Valley.

- Cancellation within 24 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee
