Booking & Cancellation Policy
All major credit cards are accepted, however, please note that THE RESORT DOES NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. We require a 30% Deposit at the time of confirmation, and 30 days cancellation notice or there will be a minimum charge of 3 nights plus a 10% processing fee for the refunding of the deposit. In case of an early check out, the 3 nights deposit is applied to any canceled nights of a confirmed reservation. We recommend travel insurance be taken to protect your deposit. Rates and Packages subject to change without notice.
Holiday & Winter Season Policy:
Between the dates of December 25 and January 7, a 7 night minimum stay is required with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations require 30 days notice (less a 10% credit card charge). For cancellations under 30 days, there will be a 3 night penalty. In case of an early check out, the 3 nights deposit is applied to any canceled nights of a confirmed reservation. Between December 15 and April 15, a 3 night minimum stay is required. We recommend travel insurance to protect your deposit.
Package Policies
- Substitutions only to in house items; massages / wine tasting and diving / snorkeling
- Activities and Day Trips not taken or used are non-refundable, including add on tours.
- Additional days are at the regular room rates, except for the 10% savings in an Ocean View Room if your stay is more than 7 days.
Check in and Check Out Times:
Check-in time is 2:00pm: Check out time is 12:00 noon. We will be happy to store your luggage if you arrive early or depart late.
Additional Information:
Room and package rates are for one or two guests per room. Children 12 and over are welcome. All rates are in US dollars and are subject to 10% Service Charge & 8% Government Tax, except for some packages as noted above.
Passport Information:
Guests must bring a valid passport for St. Lucia Customs and Immigration. As of December 31, 2006, USA citizens will be required to have a passport to enter or re-enter the United States.
